Working With Inner Parts: The Others Within

In this three part course, you will have the opportunity to explore your inner parts or the “Others Within” - the voices, feelings, energies, archetypes, spirits, and ghosts that can propel a sense of meaningfulness, regulation, solidness, self-compassion and those (these we like less) that bring in despair, anxiety, depression, and hopelessness. Each of us has the ability to anchor into The Self—a place deep within that rests beneath fear, desperation, and despair. When we familiarize ourselves and connect with the Others Within, we can generate a deep understanding of ourselves, reduce inner and outer angst, and connect to strong and wise parts of ourselves. Although there are many ways to conceptualize and work with the Others Within, I will explore these beings and realms using fairytales and folklore, the Heroine's Journey, dreams, reflections, and audio journeys.
