Cultivate Inner Presence

Through meditation, deep breathing, or gentle movement, enter a state of calm receptivity.

When you sense the presence of a lost child part—perhaps through feelings of sadness, fear, or loneliness—pause and tune into your Sovereign Self.

Imagine yourself as a wise and loving guide within your inner world, offering warmth and reassurance rather than reacting or avoiding.

Embody Your Sovereign Energy

Stand or sit with a steady yet open posture, envisioning a soft light radiating from within.

Speak affirmations that affirm your ability to offer safety and belonging:

  • I welcome all parts of myself with love.

  • I am the hearth to which my lost children return.

  • I trust my presence to bring healing.

  • I walk with compassion, patience, and deep knowing.

Move through your day from this place of centered wholeness, making space for the lost children to approach without judgment or urgency.

Receive the Stories of the Lost Children

Through reflection, imagery, or journaling, invite the lost children to speak in their own way.

Ask them:

Where have you been?

What do you most long for?

What do you need to feel safe with me?

Listen without rushing to fix or explain. Offer comfort instead of control.

Welcome Them Back Into the Fold

Let them know they are no longer alone. Remind them they belong to you, to the wholeness of your being. Hold them in your heart, in your breath, in the steady presence of your Sovereign Self. With time, they will trust their way home.
